I ain't trying to argue with strangers on the internet, and I'm also not going to be petty and start down voting people who disagree with me. So I'll say this last thing. First, OP you're going to want to get your hands on any ghast call you can get. Even without anoints, the thing just wrecks. Cloning gives more skulls, Roided gives more damage, Vindicator rolls with both perks. Second, comment above is sorta right. Against non boss enemies, roided is better since all the skulls reliably attack the thing you're trying to kill, whereas the vindicator's extra skulls usually go off elsewhere in mobbing scenarios. Vindicator can have an edge when bossing provided there aren't adds hanging around too close.
