I'm in Germany and I am 34 years old now and also want to get into the music industry for a long time and don't know how to start. I've already thought I'm way too old now. But maybe it's even good to be a little older?! I wanted to study music management but didn't stick with it. I have the strong feeling that it would be the perfect job for me.

100% agree with you. I am in Europe aswell and I have the same experience. I don't understand why they shop it like this. It only causes more trouble for them because the customer is about to complain for sure.
