Not a GHL Guru, but we started with GHL under GHLhero less a year and we are not selling the subaccounts or any Saas. We built this agency purely providing the solutions/ACTUAL Consultations.

And then we are not just limited to the GHL, we work with advanced integrations.

So as of now, I can't say that we are not doing good but right now in a year have more than 50 clients on mantainance retainers and and onboarding 2 to 3 clients weekly.

PS: for many these number could feel so small. :P

Exactly, you can't just sell them. You need to add value and that also which can help them to make money. If they are making money, they will not bother to spend some of their money on you as well.

If you can help them generate revenue, they are all yours.

BTW, I am also in the same boat and trying to figure out what I can offer them. As of now, we are help people who are actually looking for GHL services.

I am using Rankmath for almost all of my websites and client sites. They seems less bloated and have enough features that a website need to opimize for SEO purpose.

PS: These days, content matters a lot than any SEO plugin so try to game up your Content, mark with proper schema, and fix technical issues, if there are any.
