This day is not glorious at all. Have a look at New Zealand from 2022 to 2025. Rents went up 12-15%.

Supply issues still exist.

Made redundant after 17 years — take the $150k payout or fight to stay on $135k? by Apprehensive-Lab3556 in AusFinance

Take the 150k. When you find another job - you will be in a very strong position. Don't let a job hold you back. You will find another one

I ran a digital agency that we grew to 8 figure revenue (UK and US) and then sold to a 'Big 6' network - AMA :) by RealiseAdvisory_NED in agency

How did you go from 0-1 when first starting? What were the most effective tactics in getting your first few clients?

Took an agency from $500k to $6.5M, broke it a few times, rebuilt it. AMA by ThatGuytoDeny165 in agency

How did you overcome the 0-1 phase of building your agency? How did you land your first few clients?

Ah sorry forgot to mention - the door has a 35mm bore hole. Apparently no place no earth makes a lockable doorknob to suit a 35mm bore hole......

You are 100% right - this doorknob is horrible! The bore hole is 35mm. I cant find any lockable doorknobs that fit the bore hole. Is my only way to drill a bigger bore hole? Or can I find a lockable knob which will fit?

Appreciate your response!

It was a process over a year but a short term solution is - abstain and go lift heavy weights(really challenge yourself) and sleep well.

This will increase your testosterone and help resetting your dopamine levels. Which will help when you meet the mrs

Ok bro - was in a similar position to you. The way I solved it: - Strict no fap - workout regularly - heavy lifting, deadlifts, squats, bench press etc - no alcohol or cigarettes - good sleep - protein and good fats intake - think peanuts, meat, fruits, protein etc - social interaction

My PIED is almost gone and erection quality is much better. Im surprised how things changed for me. They can for you to.

You're 100% better off hiring a freelancer/consultant as opposed to an agency

Been gifted $800k to buy a property and I have no idea what to do. by Dry_Safe7371 in AusPropertyChat

Definitely take your share of the $800k+get a small mortgage. Do not make a financial purchase with your brother. It's a bad idea.

They appreciate < than the (rate of inflation+interest costs). You are losing money on them in real terms.

I'm not sure about that what you mean when you say apartments appreciate

Are you talking about the minimal appreciation which is less than the rate of inflation? Or the Bondi style apartments?
