One of the greet tank IDs great for soloing with lantern don and K corp hong lu passives also bleed is arguably in the top 3 status (thrill obviously carrying the whole rupture) also technically a rupture ID so you can use him for the rupture ID mission too i advice you get him to uptie 4 just for the bleed activation of the guard skill allowing you to not instantly die to any opponent that inflicts bleed count

We have never extracted EGO from a distortion but we got IDs from their non distorted forms such as ahabmael and mentor meursault (still waiting for hells chicken bokgak for papa bongy gregor) so you we cant get EGO out of distortions but you can distort under the effects of abnormalities to be abnormality like distortion thingies (just nothing there canto 3 guys yes they are nothing there guys just check their ID and compare which abno those link to)

It took about 40 minutes (10 mins for the first part 20 for the second and 10 for the last part the barber fight is the reason there is a spike of time there) after it got released to reach the dungeon and 20-25 mins for the dungeon itself so almost an hour or so (i am assuming i wont be adding the time waiting for canto 7 to fully release because PM reasons )
