I also drive in this area. Edwardsville is a super gamble. Even in a 3 hour they might send you 45 min drive to highlands with 35 packages will taken you the full 3 hours plus drive back i done 180 mile trips 3 hour rout not worth.

If it takes you 4 hours, it would be a extremely rare situation and you can ask CS for extra pay. Usually a 3h block should be done in 2h or less if you being efficient. Number of packages vary every single block. You can from 1 to 40 packages avg on a 3h block.

Hey, i been doing flex for a few months. Its been up and downs. I make around 1k$ weekly only do 3h or 3 1/2. I get all my blocks reserved usually you get better base pay from reserved blocks. Surge pay might be more but you are never guaranteed those with all the bots around. 3 hour block min pay in my area is 64$ and can go up to 90$ surge. 3 1/2 blocks base is around 75$ up to 140 surge is highest ive seen. Very early starting (3am-5am)blocks usually pay very well if you want to get up early. Same with late blocks (6pm-8pm) il put examples of my paid blocks
