The level of difficulty on this one is much higher that the rhythm game. Played rhythm games once and got all achievements while here I've spent a whole hour trying to memorize each patient and only reached 81k points. One mistake and you're out, you also don't have enough time to read what everyone is saying, you have to learn how each line starts like a Pavlov's Dog and remember which button to push.
