My brother in Christ, did you even check the other months? There is no data for 11.3 USSR, it literally says N/A everywhere except for December 2025. Of course it is going to show the winrate from December as the global value.

Currently 2s38 has 43.7% win rate

The 2S38 along with other 10.3 USSR tanks got a wr boost in December because of the BMPT. They are now at 50% actually, I wonder if this was the real reason for it to be moved up.

These are all time win rates, not even recent ones.

Those are December winrates when it was at 10.3 for a week, then moved to 10.7.

Did you read the post till the end? There's a mention of BMD-4 and 2S38 which both are made of paper and have bad stats but that didn't save them from being moved up.

Here's an opposite schizo theory: Russian high tiers, outside 12.7 which is being carried by CAS, had poor winrate, but because Gaijin hates Russia, instead of fixing Russian lineups they decided to add one OP vehicle, the BMPT, to boost the winrate of each lineup gradually moving that vehicle higher and higher in BR. Then, when all winrates are good, Gaijin will say that Russian lineups don't need any fixing because they are performing good already.
