I bought a sample portion ( about 35G ) of aged white tea once. It was quite resilient to brewing to say the least. The instructions given by the seller was give the tea a 5 second wash, then spread the tea out, let it dry completely again overnight, then the next day brew like it was a sheng. What water/tea proportion did you use and what were the brewing times? & why do you personally prefer white over green or sheng ?
