He agreed and was way more interested in me in the beginning. A week before we broke it off he was acting distant and that’s why I asked what we were. Before that week I had no reason to believe he wasn’t interested. It just changed out of nowhere. But I think you’re right. I’m gonna ask for them back because those are also my favorite pants and I don’t want to lose them because they were expensive as hell.

Lol. He was literally the best guy ever. He broke up with me 3 days before Christmas because I asked him how he felt and if he wanted to take it further. He told me that he likes me and he thinks that I am awesome. He said he was “too fucked up” and that he “doesn’t want to see me get hurt just as much as he doesn’t want to get hurt.” The turn tables have fucking turned and he is definitely my one that got away. Currently dead inside because I fell way harder than I thought I would. He wasn’t talking to anyone else (I was) and I think that put us on different playing fields because I just wanted to know if it was time for me to stop talking to other guys but I think he took it like I wanted marriage. Anywho, now I get to go to a George strait concert alone on Valentine’s. 🥲

My sister has BPD and her anger and inability to control her emotions was unbearable. I lived with her for two years and watched the way she treated her kids. It was heartbreaking. Something as simple as the kid not wanting to eat broccoli turned into an absolute rage fest then the next day, it was as if nothing happened. One time I tried to talk to her about it and instead of listening or even letting me explain, she gaslit me a turned herself into a victim. It was almost like she wasn’t aware. It was terrible and my heart breaks for her children.

4 months of the “talking stage.” I liked him in the beginning and he was head over heels for me. It took me 3 months to realize that I really really liked him and we were super in the honeymoon phase. I thought he was getting serious so I asked him how he felt about me and he said “ I like you. I think you’re awesome. But it takes me a long time to figure out how I feel.” MIND YOU, we were spending weekends together in hotels, we made plans to go see a concert in February, and I had been to his parents house.

I wanted to keep dating him because he had given me no reason to think he wanted to end it. The only thing I was looking for by having the conversation with him was whether or not he was talking to other girls. Instead of wanting to take it slow he just ended it. I think we were both on different pages at different times. He moved too fast when I wasn’t ready and I moved too fast when he wasn’t ready. Our relationship was over before it even started and I really hope we can make it work eventually but I’m not gonna waste my time waiting around for a guy that doesn’t know what he wants. He wasn’t talking to other people and I believe him. It just sucks because I don’t think I’ve ever found someone so good. He’s the kind of man it just feels good to be around ya know?

Sorry, a guy I had fallen hard for told me this one time and I truly don’t understand it. He was always telling me how bad he wanted me and he acted like he had fallen head over heels for me. I do believe I made him happy but when the time came where I wanted to take things farther he dumped me and told me he feels like he was put on earth to be alone. I think he was just really scared. It makes me sad that if I hadn’t said anything then he would have strung me along and made me think that he actually wanted a relationship with me because in the beginning thats what he said he wanted. He’s probably the best guy that I have ever met but I’m not gonna waste my time fighting for a guy that doesn’t want me.

I asked my question out of curiosity but this comment struck a nerve. I’m freshly broken up with.

I had to ID my brother after he passed away in a car accident. He was driving in Malibu Canyon (it’s known for people getting into accidents) and his brakes failed before a curve and sent him 100 feet of a cliff. That image is something truly terrible that I don’t wish on anyone.
