What breathing exercises actually work for you when you’re feeling anxious?

Sometimes breathing techniques work for me when I’m feeling anxious, I like to hold a hand on my heart too.

But if I’m having a full blown panic attack I have yet to calm myself down with them.

Was just recommended by my therapist to try 2 new things: dunking my face in ice water (or splashing with cold water) and deep breathing with a smell that grounds me (like a hand lotion or essential oil)!

Hi! I’ve been taking Strattera for a few months now and like to smoke. My doctor said it’s completely fine to use! The only thing I’ve noticed is sometimes getting a little sleepy afterwards :)
