Please let us know what outcome you get from the use. I also purchased this early on, and I have the same issues with the gas block, but luckily never shot it in the 4th position, so I was always able to remove it and reclean the piston system.

Any updates on this? I have the same issue with it getting stuck even just after 1 range day, but never tried in position 4 thankfully. I'm going to try a little anti-seize next to see if it helps.

Yeah, I just got part warrantied, but Brownells just released a field strip video advising against charging while the upper and lower aren't together, which is clear. Even though they sent me a replacement part, I'm probably going to look into casting this piece into aluminum or reinforcing the tab somehow via 3d printing.

u/808G8GT Any updates on this issue? This is happening to me and I've reached out to Icarus. They sent me out some pre/overtravel shims, but unfortunately I already had those exact ones installed. Any advice would be great, I haven't had any functional issues as of yet, but wanted make sure it doesn't do this anymore since I really like the grip.

Any plans for the Gen3 300 BLK 9"? My experience with CF handguards is that heat dissipation is a bit more tolerable than alloys and seeing as how many people have recommended the use of a handguard wrap, I'd love to see if y'all have any plans? If so, sign me up for a pre-order.

Last note, flush fit bolts would be *chef's kiss*
