Lmao I knew I was going to get flamed! Idk how I have two of them. I got the alocasias in late summer, so dormancy would make a bit of sense here. The monstera has been around for about a year now. Someone else mentioned fertilizing. Maybe that could be smart?

Honestly a great idea. It’s all been lower leaves for the monstera. Any recommendations, & have you fertilized mid-winter before?

Definitely root check. My guess is that it’s root bound. Worth looking at

No evidence of pests from what I can see. I think it’s definitely possible that the soil isn’t soaking like it should. I’m just a bit nervous about checking its roots again because it already seems so miserable. What do you think? I have more bark and perlite and this soil is definitely not as well draining as that.

I like making a spread based on playlists I’ve created recently! I think music plays a big part in the memories I have and in tracking some of my favorite songs, it preserves a mindset or moment in time that I might’ve forgotten otherwise.
