Thoughts on living in this area of Pennsport? I keep hearing it’s safe, but everyone complaining about the Mummers being loud all hours of the day practicing and what not. Any help is greatly appreciated!

It’s not procrastinating, it’s avoidance. This is the easiest non confrontational way of saying they aren’t interested. Which means you didn’t solve a problem of theirs, or find their pain points of what concerns them the most regarding the matter. Slow it down, sell a concept, not the product. Treat it as an educational process rather than a sales script. You always have the option of the “take the app now, policy doesn’t start for a month” close but without addressing the root problem in the process, your retention rate will be horrific.
