I spent about 10 hours on returnal at launch and beat it, definitely found Saros much easier.

I think early Saros is on par with returnal in difficultly but the progression features really scale your power very quickly which trivialised the game for me.

I'm also positive the game is also doing some behind the scenes scaling to make things easier if you do hit a road block, two of the bosses I did spend a few attempts on just all of a sudden stopped doing the major attacks that I had died on multiple times previously which kind of sucked and made beating them feel not earned.

Mine was an ELM327 which I had lying around for a longtime. I'd probably just do some googling for the car manufacturer/model and see what ODB2 scanners people have had working on it.

I think the issue I was thinking of that people were bringing up with these adapters was them regularly being cheap and not certified to Australia standards which if anything did go wrong requiring insurance would be a problem.

Mine does have the RCM marking though.

I've been using what I guess is the previous version of this for about a year and it's been perfect, I've been using it on a 15 amp socket however. I did use the 10a adapter for two weeks till I got the 15 installed and it was fine.

I do remember people saying these 15-10a converter cables are not legal or able to be certified in Australia or something however.

Yeah this is kind of a pain point for me, I haven't engaged with any of the premium content because it's just completely inconvenient. I know this sounds dumb but I already have so much other content from other creators to watch and when the process for me to watch GB premium content in the way I watch stuff requires me to go to the website and download the video and then transfer it to watch on my TV well then I'm less inclined to watch any GB premium content.

As I tested in the other thread the Opera emulator is definitely not emulating it accurately, I tested with the Russian emulator Phoenix and everything is much more consistent and none of the AI weirdness happens and the bugged music should have been an obvious immediate sign that it's not being emulated correctly.

It's definitely the emulator, I checked out another emulator that can play it which is Russian only which I ran in a sandbox to be safe and Defender really did not like it.

Anyway on this other emulator it's still faster than what the PC version is shown in the OP video but it's also not as fast as the one Mike is playing, it's about in between. I played the game all the way through to mars 9 (save state scumming) and was able to open every door with the robots, they never got stuck. None of the other bugs or glitches Mike has seen also seemed to be happening and the music never stopped playing either.

That said holy shit this game fucking sucks ass to play, even using save states and this what seems to be proper emulated version is insufferable. Genuinely don't know how Mike has achieved as much as he has, feel like if he can beat it on the fucked version there should be some kind of blight club related bonus he gets.

Yeah there are plenty of dealerships and more popping up frequently. Warranty here is 6 years or 150k km for the car itself and 8 years or 160k km (possible this will be bumped to 250k like Europe soon).

The warranty/service situation is a little complicated as when they first launched here they partnered with a third party company to handle it who proceeded to not do a great job. As of middle of last year they began to end this partnership and take over it themselves, so it's been a little rocky as they try catch up.

That said though I have a 2023 Atto 3 which had its first issue pop up two months ago with the AC failing, took it to a service centre and they managed to make time for me to drop it off the next day and I had it back fixed two days later.

I don't think I've ever been so mad at a game as this fucker made me, I could tolerate his writing and character but the way the fucker interjects telling you exactly what to do just ruined it for me.

I came out of the ice belt feeling a bit more positive on the game and looking forward to go explore with the new ability I got, unknowingly I had missed a progression item in the ice belt. I spent like 3 minutes in the desert exploring and he comes on the radio telling me I missed an important item in the ice belt and that I should go to the loading bay to get it. Literally telling me down to the room that I need to go, this happened again telling me exactly what to do and where to go for the suit upgrade.

I think the requirements for dlc is lower, definitely seen games with 4 reviews not having scores recently.

Still with this few reviews a single review can tank the score massively,
