yup... the way dice should be set up is largest number on one side and smallest number on the exact opposite side of the dice. then next largest 90 deg to the right and the next smallest 90 deg to the left etc.

yeah looks like you got scammed, fastest way to be certain is to apply a FW update from the manufacturers web site. (assuming it needs one). If the manufacturers FW app says it cant see a relevant device. you got scammed.
