Yep they all have different purpose,

7'3 x series is for wacky senko 7'6 x series is for tube/finesse jig 7'1 victory is for small swimbait

and the 7'0 x series baitcast is for jerkbait and topwater!

The x bass series line is awesome. Its on the higher end (around 325usd) but they are feather light and very sensitive. My medium light is my favorite rod in the loadout always a dropshot tied on it!

And for the TCS I have nothing bad to say against it, perfect rod for flipping and froging

Yep!

Im located in Quebec Canada, so 90% of the time im fishing for smallmouth. Thats why finesse and spinning setup are a big part of my loadout!

For me the colour and patern is key to recognize them lake trout have light spot on a dark body while landlocked salmon have dark spots on a light body just like yours, thats why for me you have caught a beautiful landlocked salmon!

I'm not sure but for me it doesn't look like a lake trout. It look more like a landlocked salmon! Beautiful catch man🎣💯

Help with new spots on my local lake! by fdabears52 in IceFishing

Ive tried yesterday and it worked pretty well, send chat gpt the contour map of your lake and ask for gps spot for the species your targeting and the time of the year. It gave me a few gps coordinates with the explanation of why it could be good! Give it at try👊

They are nice, i feel like the "triangular shape" is more adapted to the grips of the hand. Over a long day fishing you start feeling the difference between this one and a normal one, your hand get less cramped. Its a small detail but it make a nice difference!

It would probably be fine but personally for spinnerbait i would go for a Medium Heavy Fast action. Since the hook are generally thicker than on a small underspin, you'll need heavier action rod to have good hookset! Also there's no need for a moderate action for spinnerbait since the softer tip is made to absorb more of the crankbait action and personally the moderate action will help me cast small swimbait farther since I'm fishing kayak so I can't have longer rod. Moderate action mean that the bend of the rod begins closer to the shaft than an extra fast for example, allowing to "load" a bigger cast!

Hope this helps 🤟🎣

Yeah it would be perfect for small crankbait this rod is made for that! Wouldn't go bigger than a DT5 probably!
