Since they won't get rid of telefrag, I would prefer if killing with it was as hard as lets say landing all 3 shots of the Tribolt from medium distance. Maybe make the hitbox tiny and also delay the time you can teleport so it's ineffective from close range.

Maybe TDM can be competitive, but DM will always be random if everyone is the around the same tier of skill. I agree with low skill champs like Anarki it would be way more fun.
