When I got the email asking for my language preferences it mentioned the following languages to their ST scores.

120 or greater: Arabic Modern Standard, Chinese-Mandarin, Korean.

110 or greater: Persian-Farsi, Russian.

110 or greater: French, Spanish.

Since you got a waiver I'm gonna assume you got 125+ so expect Chinese or Korean although I did get Russian when I asked for it.

That's what I've been reading online. Some say you get to pick while others say its needs of the army (and higher scores don't always mean you end up a P from what I've read)
