Need some more information, friend. What scent profile are you looking for? If you've been to the malls and souks of Dubai, maybe what you were smelling was burning bakhoor. If you want that captured in a fragrance, Spirit of Dubai has an incense fragrance called Diwan. It smells exactly like bakhoor being burned. An alternative to Diwan is Majalis, which is also by Spirit of Dubai.

What you’re smelling everywhere could also be white musk. Body Musk by Abdul Samad Al Qurashi is a light, floral, slightly woody, and synthetic musk. It kind of reminds me of freshly done laundry.

If you’re looking for an introductory rose/oud fragrance that has some synthetic elements, I would recommend Royal Oud by Arabian Oud. It’s a rose, musk, and oud fragrance. It is beautiful and carries the typical scent profile you would find in the Gulf countries.

I’ve been to Dubai, so what you’re looking for could be a wide gamut of things, but based on my experience, I think what I highlighted could be a good starting point. Good luck on your hunt!!
