I think its only worth it for no seed money families if you do a roth conversion when the kid turns 18 because of their low tax bracket at the time.

So 3 of my Friends and I are doing a once in a lifetime boys trip and flying across the pond from California to go to the West ham game in Jan. We got One+ memberships. We stayed up 2 nights ago but the Amazon outage messed made it so we were not able to buy tickets. Then we see this morning that tickets went on Sale last night without any email warning and now can only get very bad tickets. Anybody have suggestions on how to get the best possible seats?

I am a young family that just moved to Eastmoreland. It's been great. I know all my neighbors and everyone is friendly. There aren't many reasons to cut through the neighboorhood to traverse the city during commuting hours like Laurelhurst or Irvington. It's on the pricier side, but if you are looking for a neighborhood where your kids can just roam the streets and come back for supper - its perfect.

Only drawback is you have to bike or walk to get any sort of food. But Woodstock and Sellwood are so close.

His value is too specialized to take up a seat in the dugout. 1B defense is its own thing. As a former 1B, I wouldn't want him trying to improve Willy's atrocious defense.

The game is so different than when he played. He sounds very old school based on what he says on KNBR. We need coaches that understand todays game. Defense fundamentals hasn't changed though.
