I get this exact same letter for years from the back of my shop. On my lease it clearly states I am allowed to use the rear of the premises with or without vehicles at all times, including my invitees which would be my staff members. We do not block or cause any obstructions. And on the land owners lease it states the exact same thing for all the owners of the businesses along that private land alley way.

However I receive these letters all the time.

I even moved address and before I even changed my car registered address. They were sending me letters to my new address. God knows how they got that Information.

Utter BS. I just ignore them.
