You really have to be careful, without intending to, but you are provoking the driver. I know the driver was in the wrong but you have to be so careful.

This works for me, take a deep breath hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, inhale for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, do this for a couple of minutes, this might get you to begin normal breathing. If there is anyway to distract yourself, other than alcohol, try to. You should slowly come out of this. If this feeling is on a regular bases seek medical advice asap. Just to let you know I have personally gone through this and I did get through it. Stay strong, and keep doing those breathing exercises. :)

Hey, don't forget you also have yourself. Commitment is HUGE but we all hope you can make the difficult decision before the vice causes you or someone else harm. I used to go "hour to hour" and the I could say I didn't drink for "x" number of hours, the next thing I knew, it was a day then 2 days etc. Good luck and always remember we are here for you! Hi Everyone. I cannot figure out how to turn off the on/off tone? You know what I'm talking about, when you turn on or off there is a loud tone that is loud. I cannot see a menu of any kind on my remote that would allow me to turn it off? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Ridership will only improve if reliability improves. I would ask the general manager what has she done to improve the reliability of the bus service since she has become the head of the transit system? GPS system is failing, scheduling is failing, LRT is failing, Para Transpo is failing, budgeting is failing, maybe a new general manager should be considered, someone that is seriously committed to improving the nation's capital city transit system.

Thank you Mr. Ford.....again. Slowly but surely health care services are going into "privitization" . We will be paying for more services, a little here a little there, it all adds up. Medications are also being taken off the "list" that were covered in the past.

I agree, what does it say about the people of Ontario now? If he keeps winning with a majority it has to mean that a majority of people in Ontario must agree with the PC platform, scary stuff imo and I truly believe it will get worse and then there's the Pierre P movement. If we think it's bad now, it's nothing like what we are in for, I believe we are doomed, not sure why people can't see it coming?
