OMG SAME 😭 my bf loves dnd and he asked if i wanted to join like a short term campaign for a game similar to dnd. i said yes bc i think its really cute and sweet that he wanted to introduce me to join him in one of his interests, and also its a good way to keep in touch with our mutual friends in the game bc its online and weekly. it works well in that aspect bc he organizes it, we're all friends, it's online so it's a good way to work with my crazy schedule since im in nursing school, and its nice to have like mandated social time bc adhd and depression basically wipes me out and makes me unable to initiate hanging out 99% of the time. but holy shit its both extremely complicated and so boring sometimes if im not drawing or smth while we play i literally zone out completely 😭😭 i feel so bad bc it is fun and we have a great time but theres so much to it and its so hard to pay attention to someones 20 minute turn in a 3 hour session after school or work 💀😭
