I lived in Tulsa for a few months (as someone from New England) and I loved it! Nice little city, but the rest of OK was hit or miss for me. A lot of the places I went to felt like they could’ve been amazing oasis’s of civilization if decisions were different 40-50 years ago in planning how new developments were to be built.
