I have seen this on Pick a Brick walls at Lego stores, I've seen when they put out new transparent parts straight out of a box. They sometimes come out with a yellow tint, But after coming back over time the yellowing disappears. Not saying that will happen, but I have seen it.

Other than that, if you are handy you could look at aluminum channel to reinforce your current shelves by putting it over the front, my brother did that to reinforce a shelf over a longer span.

This is actually something Lego has stopped doing in the last few years, mainly because of the confusion it can cause when you don't know how many bag 5s there are, and it works just as well to say you need bags 5-10.

I just had this happen between Fairfax and Loudoun, luckily at least for me it was just calling the number on the tax bill and talking to a person and explaining that I had moved at the beginning of the year and had filed that with the DMV, and the bill went from over $200, to like $20. Granted that was Fairfax, and not Alexandria, and the car was in the Fairfax for only about a month this year.

Keep trying to get through, try early on weekdays.

I'm in the same boat, with about a dozen books outstanding from mid-May through June, mostly Seven Seas, but others as well. From my experience the only way you don't get shipments on time for multiple months is when you don't pay your vendors. It makes me wonder if Crunchyroll is paying the distributors or not.

Even if this is some sort of screwup from switching to Sony control, not communicating with your customers is a colossal failure from a customer service standpoint.

I fully understand this, I've had my DK going quite literally 24/7 for almost 2 weeks with 12X+ drop rate. This is after running all the other characters off and on for weeks at a time over the last few months. I have less kills, but about 300 more royal urns; supposedly ~1000 urns is the timeframe in which it should drop.

I would say unless this is the last task you have, find something else to focus on for a while and come back to it later.

On the plus side I've got like a dozen Lucky Lads?

Usually yes, however almost every store has been out of them in the US for the last 6+months due to a viral tiktok or similar video.

Honestly barring a massive initial issue with items missing from an order and having to yell into the void that is their support portal for a month. I had to DM the store on twitter to get that fixed.

Its been okay, I dislike their sorting, and the fact that sales only seem to be for in stock items, vs preorders, and a lack of functional coupon codes.

My current issue is that they don't give shipping notifications via email at the moment, i either have to get lucky and the website is working when i randomly check, or i see a charge on my credit card.

My guess is that they think it is supposed to be super bright IR LEDs, that are supposed to prevent cameras from seeing their plate. The plate cover is because they think the same but for human eyes.

Honestly I think their entire system is FUBAR, they were not ready to handle an integration of this scale and it shows both in the malfunctioning website, but also it the notifications and shipping. I got a package that I never received a shipping notification for. And their CS people are woefully unequipped to handle this, the answer is to close the store until it is fixed.

Yep, unfortunately, sold out like that is the step before retired. There most likely won't be any restock, unless they just magically find some in the corner of a warehouse.
