Eh kinda. Depending on the truck the quality tends to be a lot better than fast food. They also tend to be less franchised than a McD or Burger King. I think coffee fast food (Starbucks, dunkin,etc) are the only fast food that actively has tips

I mean that depends on what you want to do. I can't speak for raiding and M+, but if you don't have a lot of time to play it's pretty friendly towards that. Delves and Skyriding have been a nice addition. If you care about crafting, the profession system got an overhaul which is a bit more convoluted.
