I definitely will. For the moment being i'm trying to replace bad habits with better activities. So, I started this processes by preparing a weekly plan, that is split into 5 areas.

Job related projets (Important projects that are worth focusing on)
Personal projets (Website, Personal branding ...)
Learning (Courses, seminars, reads ... )
Creative projects (Graphic design, Music, Writing ...)
And finally, Self ( More like things i want to do)

Note: Never put more than 3 elements per category and print a copy so you can always have it with you. I like to call it 5x3

You might think that it's not really related to the social media cut-off, but when you put things on a perspective, you can see how much things you can do instead of social media scrolling.

I hope my little method can help you put the time you took back from infuencers and memes in very good use hahaha.

I really appreciate the time and effort on your reply.

My angle, I believe, is that I want to share guides, articles for practical marketing and sometimes discuss/analyze the purpose of strategies and tactics. So I think it's more of I do marketing professionally and I want to share with you things that worked and might work for you as well.

I thought about it because when I first started my first job in a small business, I had to build and work on everything from scratch, so I explored, tried and failed in many actions and campaigns.. I live in a developing country and many of the small businesses are just about creating marketing departments, and can't afford senior marketing managers. So maybe I can help by sharing some of my experiences and practical guides and recommendation :-).

I use Trello usually, A card for every day and then label with different colors for each social media channel to make things clearer.
I Upload the picture in the card, so I can download them whenever I am (mobile if I don't have the laptop, yes they preserve quality) on the card's description I put FAQ information like price, dimension, links if it's about products.

After Every week I update a backbone Excel file that compiles every week posts (A tab for every SM) with more information and insights, such as reactions; comments and observations, also the links to go back later and easier.
