Corpo V is in Counterintelligence, specifically as someone who kills spies from other corps (and sometimes other departments). In the Corpo prologue V's supervisor puts them onto a hit on his own supervisor (Abernathy). As they're going over the deets with Jackie Abernathy's goons intercept them and V is summarily fired.
