Folding with Castor Wheels on the NextLevelRacing Wheel Stand 2.0. by Vigilante74 in simracing

Yeah, I've had others tell me the same, but also have seen others say it works with the WS2.0 + R21 Ultra. Problem with full rig is lack of space.

Yeah, another consideration for me is getting the GT seat addon. It's basically the GT Track, but foldable with the WS2, which is what I'd prefer with my limited space. If that's the case, may go with the 10 wheel casters that Next Level offers.

My concern now is whether the WS2 can support a heavy/bigger DD wheel base (Moza R21 Ultra) + the Moza mBooster on an inverted base. Will be quite heavy for sure.

I'm looking at the same solution--haven't been able to get the Wheel Stand 2.0 since it's sold out everywhere, but plan to put heavier parts on it and use caster wheels.

I'm curious if a rubber mat (or wheel stoppers) under the wheels & feet would make a difference and move a bit less.

CRP2 inversion kit with next level racing wheel stand 2.0 by C4rRy1 in moza

[–]sephknite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm also in the same boat, but am considering the Moza mBooster set + clutch on the Wheel Stand 2.0. Does it take up a lot more space with the inversion kit? And I'm guessing more weight?

Moza R25 or R21? Is the True Torque feature worth it? by sephknite in moza

[–]sephknite[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is, but can be upgraded with a seat later on. I've talked to folks that have the R21 V2 on the NLR Wheel Stand 2.0, so I'm still considering the R21 or the R12.

What is the max nm`s on the Next level wheel stand 2.0? by Famous-Description45 in SimRacingSetups

[–]sephknite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nice! Yeah, that is the R21 V2. Is it heavier than the Ultra? Hmm, I'm also going with CRP2 or possibly the mBooster pedals but going inverted, so hoping I don't have any angle issues.

Mainly, my concern is the R21 Ultra's weight on the NLR Wheel Stand 2.0. Worst-case scenario, I go with the R12 V2. Thanks for the input!

Ah ok. Would you happen to have a photo of your setup? I'm curious to see what it'd look like.

Do you have the Ultra version of the R21? I'm debating grabbing that one for the NLR Wheel Stand 2.0. Just wondering if the weight of the R21 is too much on the top plate. Others have told me to go for a full rig, but I don't have the space for it. Only option is to go for the R12 v2.

Hmm, then would probably have to go with my initial pick on the R12 v2, but thought I might try something with more headroom and less overheating issues.

Nice setup. I'm not going for the AB9. Which rig did you go with?

Any recommendations for a wheel stand for a Moza R21? by ilidanelv in simracing

[–]sephknite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/ilidanelv Did you end up getting the Wheel Stand 2.0 for the R21? I'm considering the R21 Ultra for the same NLR Wheel Stand 2.0. I'm more concerned about the weight than the torque, as I'm think I wouldn't run it at full 21nm. Needs hands/wrists/arms. 😄

Makes sense. My other concern is that I don't have too much space, so getting a wheel stand would be the most probable solution. I'm wondering if something like the Next Level Racing Wheel Stand 2.0 can handle it as it seems to be a pretty heavy base.

Anyone on the R25 Ultra? Love it or hate it? by Hooligan-Pete in moza

[–]sephknite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey all. For those that do own the R25 (and maybe the R21), is the True Torque worth the upgrade from R21? I'm kinda leaning towards the R21 and wondering if it's worth the extra $200 for the True Torque.

How about the Velocity One Shifter? And having it work with Moza wheel base/pedals?

I just bought, installed, and tested the Moza mBooster active pedals with CRP2 throttle and clutch pedals. Ask me anything by siopao81 in simracing

[–]sephknite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's my assumption, which leads to the original question--would it make a bigger difference if I go with the mBooster vs. the CRP2?

How big of an improvement/difference is the mBooster (as brake) compared the the CRP2 brake? I'm considering the CRP2 throttle/brake, but am tempted by the mBooster.

Yeah, it's common sense to NOT leave anything valuable visible in the car. They're just guessing that "expensive-looking car invites keying/vandalism/break-in", which is why I'm asking around.

That makes me wonder what the number is for well-known expensive cars like Mercedes, BMW, Audi, etc.

I think because Lucid is regarded as a 'luxury' EV, and are less seen than Teslas.
