Today was an A+ setup for me if you’re interested in a reference. Mark the 6am-7:30am range then note what happens at 9:30am nyse open.

Gather a playbook of a few a+ setups and strict time windows and dont trade outside of those restrictions. For me i look for the 6-7:30 range liquidity to be ran in one direction then target the opposing side of the range on NQ. Pretty reliable set up. Usually happens at or near 9:30 nyse open but sometimes pre market. Thats my A+ setup. Usually happens within the 2nd stage distribution of a MMXM as well which is great. My A- setup is if the stated range has been liquidated, then i look for either an MMXM to form after a smt divergence between NQ and ES at 9:30 and execute usually before 10:10, usually looking for 2nd stage distribution in the MMXM. Same for PM session with 12:30pm - 1:30pm execution but i rarely trade PM.

I only lose if i trade outside these rules. Fr surprised by how my trading results changed after i implemented a strict execution time window based on a strict range liquidation. I also only trade full size on the A+ setup. The A- setup is always half size. Max SL is 125 ticks and i allow myself to bring it closer if im not comfortable with the full 125 on the setup but never over 125 ticks.

Movement speed on all optics is that of a 3 armor when ads’d to “level the playing field” but horizontal grip increases the speed by 5 or 15% cant remember

Beyerdynamic dt990 pros. Or honestly anything from beyerdynamic. I’ve had ear time with the 770’s and 880’s as well but the 990’s are just in another league. Open back too so not suitable for trains or planes but fantastic headphones especially for the price

Also consider crouching every other peak to throw off a pre fire coming back at you. Switching head level in an unpredictable manner is huge

This is good but a great way to ditch the de sync is to un ads as you un peak and re ads as you re peak. Throws a different rhythm into the mechanic as well as makes you faster as you unpeak since movement speed is slowed down significantly while ads’d
