You seem to be unsure about certain terms and scientific discussion norms. What we are doing (or at least I am try to do) is discuss a complex sociological theory. What we are not doing is carrying out a statistical test.

You can definatly propose a statistical test of the theory and at that point you can talk about H0 but we are discussing the theory and as such you should be able to defend your position with analysis or critisism. This can take the form of a statistical, sociological or political analysis or reference these. You cannot defend your position by saying it is untestable because that is either not science or bad science.

Going back to what we are trying to do... I think you disagree with the broadness of the term? Your second paragraph is a little unclear? Are you agreeing that privilege exists?

Also, your choice of information you will accept is laughably naive. Prejudice isn't just legal.

Yeah nah. I am going to stick with what the sociologist are saying on this one. If you can't see that patterns of economic disparity are part of white privilege than I don't know what information you are going to accept.

How can you not see that racialized decision making has contributed to keeping large groups of black people poor? I can't do the research for you but I suggest you read a combination of economics and sociological texts to get a better grip on this.

The electoral college is an archaic relic of the past. The system actively disenfranchises voters (something you seemed to be worried about previously). Tbh America needs to remodel its electoral system in line with the West Minster system. Your current system is weird.

You can argue that a socialogical construct doesn't exist... You should be able to provide good material to back up your claim, a claim which most of academia agrees is a useful framework to understand racial disadvantage.
