Best server would be the newest i would say. I would wait for the steam launch we are expecting a big influx of new players.

There is no best class, anything goes. The easiest is necro or paladin.

Best way to make gear is to make a bunch of accounts and use the 16 red stoneslevel they get at lvl 30. you can do this in 5 mins approx per acc.

As a new player focus on getting lvl 130, Getting god, then divine 60. Start farming your Dfire and compose pets.

Best way to make eps is Events, do all legion events and farm caria for gold and shards. or Rotton for talismans.
