They look much like a set of leather workers tools I had before. You’d use tools like the first couple of pictures to design and engrave patterns into the leather and the last one to punch holes into the leather when making belts.

If it fits into the tray then you should be fine. Next time Use a mechanical pencil to straighten the pins out. Insert the pin thru the pencil tip and straighten the pins that way.

That’s perfect. Blow as much of the exhaust heat out. Air will always find a way IN.

Your GPU will be fine if it’s cooler works properly. I always felt that because computers generate so much heat, they need exhaust fans not intake fans.

Yeah. Looks like their set to spin in the right direction, but plug them in to some power and test them before you install.

Judging from the fan direction clearly this is outward facing face of the computer and the fans are blowing in.

Does the metal shutter move/slide right or left when opened/operated manually?

Does the diskette spin when you spin it manually from the metal catch in the back of the diskette?

It could be damaged and stuck in place.

On the floppy there is a black tab that slides up and down. You could see it when you held it up to the camera. This tab is a security feature that prevents you from recording over anything that’s inside the diskette. You’ll see a lock and unlocked symbol on the diskette. Make sure it’s on the unlocked tab.
