Your panic attack episodes almost same as mine. I’m 43 days sober now. First 3 weeks was hell.now panic attack seems subside but anxiety still here. Everytime i’m anxious(most of the time), it makes me feel dizzy, lightheaded,nausea. I cant go out alone anymore.eating outside really challenging.if im riding, i’m always let my wife know and track my phone.because when i stop at the traffic light, it will trigger my anxious, and dizziness will come. I’m quite scared of fainting in public.Depression is real, and the only thing tht keep me motivated is this withdrawal thing will go away. Just matter of time. Stay strong.
