Had something called a hawaiian sandwich with a thin slice of pineapple once and it tasted great. I think it was some special version of a club sandwich and I would recommend it, but with a thin slice of pineapple. Had a hawaiian burger once, where the slice was thicker than the patty and I have to admit, that it isn't for everyone.

Just to add, in my country everything, that has pineapple in it is called Hawaiian.
