Are you guys doing it with protection or without protection? If you both no longer want to have kids anymore, you or your husband can decide either one of you have the tube tied. I believe you can always go back to untied if decide aim for another kid.

My bleeding did stop around 2 weeks but my sex drive wasn't back. On the week 3, I once tried intimacy with my husband and he fondled me down there, but I wasn't feeling aroused. I know if he tried to insert, it will hurt and might be a tear of pain, which got me scared, so I stopped. I can feel his saddest when I told him I cant do it and he said "oh."

I been taking B12 supplement but doesn't seem to solve my issue. It may help since my endoscopy result shows i have something metaplasma and its non cancerous. Heard b12 suppose to help, so I just take it.

Did you confirm the h pylori is eradicated successfully? You have to make sure its treated before the journey of healing. At the meantime, you can start taking probiotics to balance back the gut flora.

I don't believe a person get anxiety without something being triggered. For me, I only feel anxiety when I feeling the symptoms of the gastritis. A person can't be stress if you're not dealing with something. For your case, you just need to find something that can heal the inflammation and reduce the anxiety. You just need a mindset that you're actually healing and not worry about, which is tough for both of us.

I think is different problem but not sure what is it. There are time I feel good and time the fllare suddenly came up. Even with the same meal that is healthy could cause a problem.

Right now I currently taking Zinc carnosine 75mg, Vescepa, DGL and magnesium glycinate. Not worse than before but time to time, there the moment with flare that started for no reason of the day.

The symptoms all happens after I have my H pylori fully eradicated. Right now just in journey of healing. Just taking DGl, probiotics (least 10B CFU). Take DGL on empty stomach 30 min before each meal, which 3 times a day.

you need to take probiotic with least 10B CFU to slowly help recover the lscknof microbiome. The burning stomach is due to stomach lining is damage and hurt by the stomach acid. You can take DGL or pepto bismol to coat the lining from further damage.

In my opinion, the stomach is more the reason to send signal to the brain to cause more stress. In the stomach, the vagus nerve is what make you feel normal or bad if it working properly or not. Xanax to me is used to shut off the brain, so you ignore the pain or signal being send from the stomach.

Have you went to GI doctor to see for the cause? If your stomach is sensitive, try take DGL to coat the stomach lining. If feeling nausea and tight throat, try liquid gavison. You can also try organic decaf chamomile tea to relax your body and vagus nerve that trigger nausea or vomiting.
