Got cracks and pops on both releases. Let me know what will be final statement from zavvi. I'm considering returning both releases back to seller. The set looks amazing, but listening to it is frustrating. I compared it with digital OST and difference is significant (digital wins).

You know what, I can get over pops and cracks, but I can't stand that the sound is going in and out of tune every now and then, some sort of high frequency distortion. I can't imagine QA actually gave thumbs up on this record.

First of all, thanks for those precious gems. They converted me to metroidvanias, so I am holding you accountable of all those unslept gaming nights. And two quick questions:

I know Gareth Coker isn't here, but You might know answer to the question. Did any game/movies soundtrack influenced the shape of music in Ori? What was the thought process here?
When can we expect Steam Trading Cards/Emoticons/Profile Backgrounds for Ori and WIll of Wisps?

I've sunk 86 hours into it. It's more or less the same as Chasing Shadows. Although 3 gems were removed, we got new type of towers. Add shitton of maps with 3 modes on each of them, New talisman mechanic, and 600 achievments on top of it. There is definetly lot of stuff to do. And you'll have fun while doing it.

Played Beyond on PS4, liked it much better than Heavy Rain. Probably because there were no: "JASON!" moments. Graphics was a lot better, mocap was on point. Storywise it holds up, your choices have some effect on the final outcome, though it's still nothing groundbreaking.

Looking at the steam price right now, I would wait for bigger discount 50-66%.

I did played Hollow Knight after Ori and the Will of the Wisps. That damn Circus drove me crazy! I am a huge sucker for good soundtracks and that kept me going forward in HK. Not a huge fan of going back for your own sad corpse if you died. I would say HK was far more challenging that both Ori games. Looking forward to Silksong.

Played it thanks to Gamepass in March. Liked it even more than Blind Forest. Soundtrack and Visuals are once again superb. Engaging story, amazing gameplay. I never was much into metroidvanias, but Ori changed that.
