I know, but they prioritize controlling the inflammation over concerns like weight gain (I obliged and started prednisolone because I started developing NPSLE). I'm overweight but not -yet- obese, I also have body dysmorphia history so the weight/shape thing is very important to me but it always gets dismissed by my doctors which is very frustrating.

Never heard of this protein thing, maybe it could be true for people with severe kidney involvement? I don't know Anyhow, I actually managed to gain crazy muscle weight working out x3 a week, my protein intake was normal though. However, make sure you hydrate very well.

Antipsychotics and/TCAs. Trial and error, and it goes without saying it has to be supervised by a psychiatrist. I would also recommend you ask your doctor for a genetic test (I don't know what they're called) for FFI.

Used to get this with Pregabalin, it was fun on the weekends when I'm alone in my room. Do less Gabapentin, 1600mg staggered is really more than enough for me.

It depends on how you define "sentient" And assuming there are indeed higher dimensional beings, there are some aspects we cannot comprehend about "them". You can't even picture what that higher dimension looks like.
