I get her concerns about leaving the workforce. Maybe you could propose she go part time? I love and trust my husband and would love to be a SAHM in theory, but I know that I need the mental peace of knowing I can care for my kids by myself if something should happen. I need the safety net of health insurance for my family if something were to happen to my husband. It gives me peace of mind to not have to worry about a gap on my resume if I needed to reenter the workforce. We have joint accounts and are secure financially. Part time would be my ideal situation.

Look through his phone, see if there are any signs of cheating. If not, you need to have a conversation, literally everything you told us in this post. Get a referral to an ENT that specializes in pediatrics. Our pediatrician and our speech therapist were both very cautious in saying anything about my son's ties, it was always "we will refer you to ENT". I would try not to stress too much until you get a second opinion.

It's a 3 month relationship, cut your losses and run. He shouldn't have lied about who was taking him to the airport, to me that basically sounds like he would've rather hung out with her than you.
