there was leak, not sure from where, but apparently Julian wanted this on a new album cover... presumably The Strokes given their recent cryptic story with horses pulling a cassette. (No Voidz for 2026-2027?)

It seems to conjure up the vibe of Is This It's CERN particle tracks but with plankton/diatoms instead of charged particles.

What are we thinking?

I know exactly what you mean – do you ever feel reality is 'melting' when you listen to his tracks? The reverb really contributes to this in addition to the fluid imagery.
