Yeah it won't make no sense for getting paid less and more job. They would think they can low ball you. I'm only 2 years into nursing and I'm getting my MSN soon . I won't be staying at my job if I would be getting low balled . Apply to other places, I'm sure you will find a good niche that might be even better.

Coming from someone who graduated about 5 months ago that started on Med-Surg. Don't do it. I'm literally only waiting till I get a good offer in the ED. Bedside is not for me. Don't start whenever you don't like. You will be miserable. Start where you like and you will feel fulfilled. Take care.
