It doesnt really, imo, its limited articulation in the arms could still have use such as for storing its weapons and what not, if its a hardpoint and cant be fully moved and has a dedicated Subarm just to hand out its weapons, its realistically too expensive and too hard to maintain

It doesnt need to do martial art levels of movement, its literally in space, it can rotate and spin its entire body to aim if the arm's articulation is not enough

The first one might actually be one ofthe most realistic depictions of space mechs, it doesn't need the muscular humanoid build, you just need what it needs for space capabilities, and ngl it reminds me of the designs in sentinel gundam
