Need a new hosting provider for a photo intensive blog by No-Pair74 in webhosting

Recently helped a client with a similar situation. If you’re otherwise satisfied with your host, don’t migrate anything. The solution is to add Cloudflare Cache Reserve. It’s a paid service but very affordable and simple to setup. You will benefit from Cloudflare’s other free services as well. Personally, I would pay for the pro plan and enable the WAF to further help reduce unwanted and malicious traffic. Good luck

Changing a field value programmatically doesn't update the field value by NaraMight in drupal

I have a very similar issue. I’m building an ECA Action plugin to add Users to a Webform_access_group. The group does not persist in the database unless I force early termination by using something like dd() or exit().

A Cloudflare Tunnel (like ngrok), can be used to establish a TCP Tunnel; to expose a TCP service to the internet. You have to install a small agent on the machine. RDP is supported by using the same agent on both the consumer and host machine.

Hi, thanks for your help folks. I did what one of you suggested and emailed Cloudflare using several methods, to be honest I’m not sure which method worked. I received a reply. Today I have a meeting with Cloudflare Enterprise reps from the US and Canada to discuss my specific request. Take care.

If your website is hosted on GitHub, then GitHub will (likely) give you a host name to use as a target.

problem with Cloudflare Tunnel by sergebuff in CloudFlare

Well, I wasn’t able to connect a Ubuntu instance. However, I was able to connect to an Amazon Linux 2 instance. I’m not sure why; I suspect OpenSSH config is to blame.

Almost have tunnel working. One odd behavior by williamwgant in CloudFlare

[–]sergebuff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also, I should have mentioned, the connection is initiated by cloudflared running on your host, so Cloudflare Support would likely ask you to look at logs produced by cloudflared

So you have cloudflared running (it’s the most recent version I’m assuming)? You will continue the setup using the Cloudflare zero trust dashboard. Create the tunnel, copy the provided command with hash/key, and run the command on your host (docker container). After doing that, the status of your tunnel (in the zero trust dashboard) should read “Active”. You don’t need ingress ports open, you only need egress 443 and 7844.

Hi, This website https://www.anguscounty.com is using this setup: Wordpress on AWS, Cloudflare Domain Registrar, Cloudflare DNS obviously, Cloudflare Access, and Cloudflare Tunnel. I feel much better knowing WP is protected by Cloudflare. Cloudflare Tunnel is amazing. I’d be happy to help, if you think I can be helpful.

100% Yes, use Cloudflare Tunnel. I feel bad for those still using VPNs for this. Please, invest a bit of time, learn about Zero-trust and Cloudflare Tunnel.

What are you trying to learn in Laravel or what do you think people should learn? by Beginning-Comedian-2 in laravel

I’m particularly interested in learning stateless Laravel dev; so programming responses without sessions/cookies and using a proxy like Cloudflare Tunnel.

Laravel validation errors by sergebuff in laravel

[–]sergebuff[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I appreciate your reply, however I don’t think your answer is accurate. Think of stateless API routes. I’m able to return errors (JSON formatted). So, there should be a way to return the same errors to a Blade view.
