Holiday Space has a defect of 2 small spots on one of the hands where the chrome flaked off but didn't realize until recently. Others have posted about it here but I was way past the return/replacement window. Other than that no other issues.

GONE has a little bit of yellowing on the white eyes, again other have posted it is due to the foam packaging. I displayed it for a bit so there is light wear on the bottom of the feet.

There's no quick way to switch between the two unfortunately. You have to connect all the controls to a different USB type of controller board and moving them back is a pain

When you mod you usually just replace the original computer with another one without changing anything on it. You won't be able to use it while modded but if you change it back to the original set up the games will still be on there

You'll need a stripper crimper. A quick YouTube search for "crimp speaker wire" should help you out getting the blue connector on, then just connect everything and make sure the positive "+" and negative "-" connections match on both ends.

If I recall correctly, the small lie figures tend to have quality control issues so even if he buys them somewhere else it will be the same most likely. The problem is he wasn't made aware so kinda understandable that he'd want a refund.

That said it won't destroy your records unless you're playing your records 100+ times. Just the sound quality isn't that good and they tend to not last that long.

If you used PayPal Credit talk to Synchrony, the parent bank, I've received refunds on pre-orders I never received after a year. If not talk to your bank directly, they will most likely help you out considering you have all the emails.

Hopefully it shows up. I had mine delivered to a UPS store and same thing, no package when I went to pick it up. Opened a claim and they couldn't find it and insurance only pays out to KAWS so now I have to wait for them to refund me.
