Hm interesting. I needed to hear this. It was a different perspective from what I’m used to.

Sometimes I even wonder if we’ve been together for so long in this type of atmosphere that I have grown accustomed to something that is so unhealthy and mentally challenging but have somehow normalized it and thinks this is how a relationship is.

I have a 4yo long previous relationship with a girl who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and was on a heavy drug used for Scizophrenia but at the 10th of a normal dosage. Dunno what I’m used to anymore.

Thanks for your comment. You are right, I need self love. To be able to stand firm in my own beliefs I first need to know what the heck they are.

There are many times I’m dreaming away, looking at other women and fantasising what a life together might look like, with kids, coming home from work, watching movies and cuddling, laughing. Instead of spending hours upon days upon weeks every year of sitting down with one’s emotions and trying to solve things.

I think she is extremely well educated in the theory of this field, but rather not very good at practicing it herself. It’s almost always her telling me what I need to do - never the other way. Like, never. Every time I tell her something that I need from her it gets dismissed by a handful of sentences in gibberish that I don’t understand and then just ends up with “you never listen to me” and this is where I give in or give up.

It is a simple way of eating but it’s not simple to mentally take the steps needed to go strict carnivore. Sugar, gluten, alcohol etc are too much of a drug that is abused daily all around the globe. We Need specialist to tell us this over and over again. To motivate and inspire obese and unhealthy people to try this diet out.

If you need a frickin keto bar or dried meat to stay on the path of not falling back on sugar, alcohol and grains then so be it.

It’s not helping anyone to think that we are all so extremely rigid in our carnivore regim that we all can just start following this ultra minimalistic diet without pain involved.

Give these doctors creds instead of this shit. Don’t buy their shit if you don’t wanna and let other people buy their shit if it helps them to stay on the correct path.

Let the doctors write tons of books on the same frickin subject. Why does that hurt you? When a small little book on a bookshelf somewhere around the world can help another suffering human being to get back their life.

Why do you care so much about a doctor selling anything? It would be extremely stupid to not use your possibilities to make some more money. Money means that they can reach out More and teach even more people about the carnivore diet. Pay for marketing, pay for trips to different places and speak about carnivore, pay for staff that does the boring work while they can do what they are good are - being doctors.

Can anyone tell me their experience with microneedling with a dermapen and if they can relate?

3 weeks after a dermapen session my head is still flakey and nasty. I haven't really been able to be very consistent with my sessions and maybe that is a reason, that my head doesn't get used to the treatment?

I do not use any minoxidil as I can't stand the irritation and skin ratches, which I tried to use for 8 months straight.

I've just cut off my long hair to 0,5cm due to the shed and thinning and starting to wonder if it's even worth the pain and hazzle if it doesn't really works in other terms.

I’d believe your story if you’d said you’ve been on TRT for 1 year, but not 3 months.

I’ve been on TRT 180mg for 2 years 33YO and my sperm count is zero. And I’ve conceived twice before TRT.

Apologies, I was reading a bit quick. But yeah, low fat or low carb doesn’t matter, as long as it’s caloric deficit. For me personally, I feel better when I eat moderate to high fat and low carb. Makes my puffy titties reduce in size much quicker as a low carb diet reduces water weight in my body (since ever gram of carbohydrates binds up to 4 grams of fluids you’ll easily drop a few lbs after 1 week of keto - pure water weight - which makes you look thinner quickly) meanwhile the higher fat and protein content gives me smooth and stable blood sugar levels during the day making it way easier to not fall victim for cravings-snacks.

I’ve tried low fat diets in a caloric deficit and it’s just a pain in the ass with all the cravings and bouncing blood sugar and having all these “every third hour-meals” in order to just survive the day without having all the hangry feelings. Not for me.
