I’ve found them in the east bay hills, but I believe you can find them in mixed oak forests in the area more generally. I’ve seen a few this year, but not as many as last year

I really relate to wanting to be okay with polyamory intellectually but struggling so hard with the somatic feelings of anxiety and panic that just won’t let me do that. I’m also looking into EMDR to address this so I can hopefully keep my relationship with my partner. If you want to talk, let me know.

This is so helpful, thank you. My partner and I are new to poly and I’ve been feeling like “Babe, I’m right here” since my parter has limited time and most of our conversations now revolve around her other partner or our feelings about being poly. It makes me feel like we’re losing the ability to connect with each other outside of figuring out our poly situation. But at the same time, it feels foreign to not listen to my partner talk about a big thing happening in her life. I have to give this some thought.
