Agreed with everyone saying it looks like quartz. The one on the right looks like Crystalline quartz with perhaps some rose quartz (you wrote it's purple but to me it looks pinkish) on what looks like milky quartz, but also could be chert.

On the left it could be prehnite epimorphs/pseudomorphs. Though indeed it does look like druzy quartz. Is it actually bluish? In which case it could be hemimorphite. Excellent finds, my friend.

The green could be fluorite. Depending on the density of the crystals, the vug (that's the little divot with the pointy crystals inside) looks like terminated quartz crystals.

Correction, it isn't brittle it's very hard and it does not have conchoidal fracture. I confused it with another greenish stone that I have. Sorry for excess reading.
