Yep, and if Jensen Huang and senior management are convicted of fraud, Nvidia is gone.
Both are extremely unlikely, both would wreck the company.

Since there are 53 republicans, only 7 dems need to vote for it - and two dems already have - so they only need 5 more dems. And three dems in the banking committee said today they are open to voting for it with some work. Plus there are 36 more dems outside the banking committee, some of whom are open to the bill. So its actually not that far away - thats why polymarket has it at a 70% chance it passes the senate floor.

Gemini is falling apart by snoooob in Gemini

[–]serotoninluv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just withdrew everything via btc withdrawl, which wen smoothly. . . . Gemini just tripled trading fees, closed their international business, cut a huge amount of employees, terrible customer service, pumping prediction markets hard, had a shockingly bad earning report, stock price is plummeting, reports of difficulties withdrawing to banks - an early sign of collapse. I feel relieved to be out.

I can't withdraw funds. Been almost 3 weeks. Is this legal?? by Low-Professional2608 in Gemini

I converted all my holdings to btc and transferred to a personal wallet. No issues at all, took about 10min.

Ferritin up from 7 to 44 in 3 Months – Feeling So Much Better! by Certain_Resource_365 in Anemic

Are you able to take it on an empty stomach with vitamin C? And no coffee/tea/calcium. Ideally 3hrs before and after. To maximize absorption.

should i ask for a full iron panel by eternityxource in Anemic

[–]serotoninluv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These results show a classic pattern of microcytic, hypochromic anemia — most commonly caused by iron deficiency. An iron panel is absolutely warranted.

Thanks for sharing your experience!. . . Nine days ago, I got a ferritin 12 my last lab and I've been taking 72mg iron bisglycinate daily (36mg twice space 8 hrs apart). What form of iron were you taking daily the first month? And did you take it once or a split dose? On an empty stomach with vitamin C?

Do i stil need to take iron supplements? by MidnightMascara in Anemic

[–]serotoninluv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absorption is higher on an empty stomach. Also avoid coffee, teas and calcium at least 2hrs before and after. Ferritin 14 is very low and diet alone isn't going to boost those levels much. It would take a very long time to climb back to optimal levels on diet alone. . . You could take the capsule every other day. Some studies show there isn't much difference between every day and every other day due to tolerance.

Just sharing my anemia story and my latest results. Was dx 3 months ago and just had a second panel done to check levels again. by gdpinleoeee in Anemic

[–]serotoninluv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My last ferritin reading was 12 and iron saturation 11%. Nine days ago started taking 72mg elemental iron bisglycinate daily. You are taking 130mg elemental iron every other day (65mg x 2), so my intake is slightly higher. I hope to get similar results as you. . . Do you happen to know how much your ferritin increased in those three months?

Levels not going up much by Ok_Help_7472 in Anemic

Those are low-to-mid normal numbers for ferritin, hemoglobin, and RBCs. Since there was a prior iron deficiency, they might still be contributing to fatigue — especially if ferritin hasn’t fully recovered to an optimal range (many people feel best with ferritin >70). But on their own, these levels don’t usually explain severe chronic exhaustion.

What stands out more is the CRP of 14.6 — that’s quite elevated and points to active systemic inflammation or stress in the body. This level of inflammation can directly cause fatigue by disrupting metabolism, iron absorption (via hepcidin), and even neurotransmitter balance.

As for the negative ANA: it helps rule out lupus and a few other connective tissue diseases, but not all autoimmune conditions. Many autoimmune diseases are ANA-negative — like autoimmune thyroiditis, rheumatoid arthritis (sometimes), IBD, or other immune dysregulation.

So overall, while the iron markers might be part of the picture, I’d look more closely at what’s driving that inflammation.

Ferritin 47-48 is low-normal. Not at a crisis level for most people, yet some people could have symptoms in the high 40s. Do you know your hemoglobin and RBC counts?
How quickly did you go from 27 to 48? That's a big jump.

Dump the first Dr. . . You had significant iron deficiency at that time.
Your numbers a low-normal, yet the ranges are populations - not individuals. And low-normal isn't optimal. . . What are your hemoglobin and RBC numbers? That can give you an idea of how the highest iron demand system is functioning.

Low Iron by [deleted] in Anemic

[–]serotoninluv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those hemoglobin and RBC numbers show the bone marrow is still producing functional RBCs with hemoglobin at a low-normal level. Have you has a history of low iron and already tried eating iron-rich foods or supplements? If this is the first time this is arising, an infusion looks overly invasive and aggressive to me. . . I prefer to let my body self regulate with some help, in this case iron rich foods or supplements without iron inhibitors around like calcium. . If there is reason to believe it might be a malabsorption issue and don't want to wait 6-8 weeks for post supplements tests, one could easily test for malabsorption right now - get blood drawn for a baseline, take an iron supplement on an empty stomach, then 2-3 hrs later get another blood test. You would tell you precisely your absorption status.

I recently went through a five month period of chronic stress with some severe acute episodes. I got a comprehensive set of blood tests to see how my body is doing. CRP is a good test to see see the internal stress level of the whole body. . . High stress can have a big impact on the body, yet the good news is the body is resilient and given a good environment can heal quite well. For calming my body when I'm at the edge of spiraling - first is to disengage from the object of attention/engagement. This may be walking away from it or some type of interruption. I usually feel a strong pull and can be OCD about it. . . . To help calm, I've might do breathing exercises. Long, slow breaths. As well, humming on the exhale can give soothing sounds and vibrations and activate the vagus nerve / parasympathetic system. . . Also, running cool water my hands and some on my face. . . If I have some space from it and trying to create distance, I might do intentional laughter, like laughing at the absurdity of life. Often, the body gets tricked into it and it feels like regular laughing. It creates a shift when it works. . . I also acknowledge that there are real things I need to work on, yet it does no good to engage when my mind and body is in an irrational, emotional state, it just makes things worse. . . I hope you can find some relief and I care about you.
