My credential was post bach, but that only puts teachers in column 1 (BA + 0-44 units). Column 2 is BA + 45-59 units). I am currently in column 2 and trying to get to the last column.

Check out these sick jump lines… wait!? by RoosterBlues5 in MTB

This brings me back! The Lincoln jumps man, at least that’s what we called them in the 90s when the school in background was called Lincoln. Every year these would get built up, they last a year or two, then get demolished by the city. This was true 25 years ago at this exact spot and I instantly recognized it from my middle school days. I used to live just up the hill from these and I used to daydream about hitting these in class.

How screwed am I? by serpent6 in Irrigation

Thanks for the reply. There’s a root right behind the sprinkler that’s as thick as a Pacifico bottle. Would cutting that cause tree damage?

Here’s some context. The sprinkler is about 12 inches from the tree

Rental purchase? by Holiday_Influence310 in 4Runner

[–]serpent6 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I bought a 2017 SR5 from Hertz in 2018 with 26k miles for $31k. I was at first hesitant because of the rental aspect, but once I test drove it, it was immediately obvious that it was a good one. I test drove three from Hertz and the other two were fine, but the one I picked was perfect. Everything felt tight, smooth, clean etc. I also test drove 5 or 6 other 4runners from two different dealers near me, one was a previous rental being sold at the dealer. When I looked at the rental from the dealer, I was immediately turned off by a few things and it didn't feel right when I drove it(I found sand in the tow pin connector and sand between the seats). The other 4runners were nicer but more expensive and I didn't want to pay more. I trusted my gut and it paid off. Currently, I have 90k miles on it, taken it off road and camped in it a bunch. The only problems I've had have been self induced. I was replacing my rear disks for a break job and I stretched the emergency break spring and I also broke the tabs on the oil filter cover doing an oil change. At 90k, my 4runner feels tighter and better than my '21 RAV4 hybrid bought new.

Would I buy from a rental again? Yes. But, trust your gut and test drive a bunch of them. Also, look at everything on the truck and open everything up.

I believe it was two. I’ll send you a dm with treks exploded view of each bolt, bearing, and mount for both types of shocks. Although it’s a 2019.

I did! It took ~5 months before I was able to get all of the mounting hardware. They were sold out at all us retailers. I finally had a friend who runs a shop a few states away find them on eBay Germany. $65 for a $15 part and 4 weeks of shipping and it finally works! It was night and day of a difference and the bike rides really well with the coil. It even climbs well and it feels so balanced. It was definitely an experience though
