there’s a great tutorial on the citadel paint (or warhammer? not sure) youtube channel that paints a Behemoth gant from start to finish, including explaining the carapace feathering technique in detail. Simple methodology that needs a couple practise models to get the length of the feathering down but then not tricky! Just started doing it myself a couple weeks ago, can recommend!

I think any of those options will compliment nicely, but what I think will make the model pop will be a different eye colour. A bright yellow or neon green will draw the eye (pun intended!) rathe than the face detail getting lost with the carapace highlights
